Alfa Rock Instagram & TikTok Giveaway: Terms and Conditions - 29th Sep - 6th Oct.
1. The Promoter
1.1 This giveaway is run by Alfa Rock (@alfarock.world).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Alfa Rock, its agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 We may ask any entrant or winner for proof of age and UK residency. If they cannot provide it, we may disqualify them.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The giveaway opens on 29 September 2026 when the giveaway post is published. It closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 6 October 2026 (the "Closing Time").
3.2 Entries received after the Closing Time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 The giveaway runs separately on Instagram and TikTok. To enter on either platform, entrants must do all of the following before the Closing Time:
(a) like the official Alfa Rock giveaway post on that platform;
(b) follow Alfa Rock's account on that platform (@alfarock.world); and
(c) comment the word "WIN" on the giveaway post.
4.2 Each person can enter once per platform. Multiple comments from the same account on the same post count as a single entry.
4.3 Entries made through bulk, automated, or third-party means, or from accounts created mainly to enter competitions, are invalid.
4.4 Entrants must have a public, genuine account that follows the rules of the relevant platform.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Two winners will be chosen: one from valid entries on Instagram and one from valid entries on TikTok.
5.2 Each winner will be drawn at random from the eligible comments on the giveaway post for that platform. The draw will take place within [3] working days after the Closing Time.
5.3 When the draw takes place, we will check that the selected entrant is following @alfarock.world on the relevant platform. Entrants who are not following the account at that point are not eligible, and we will draw another entrant.
5.4 Each person can win only once across the whole giveaway. If the same person is drawn on both platforms, we will draw a replacement winner for the second platform.
6. The Prize
6.1 Each winner will receive:
- 1 x Alfa Rock Journey of Purpose Hoodie in Black
- 1 x Alfa Rock Classic Joggers in Black
- 1 x Alfa Rock Classic Cap in Black
- 1 x Alfa Rock Ribbed Tank Top in Black
6.2 Winners may choose their sizes, subject to availability.
6.3 The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. If any item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
6.4 The prize will be delivered free of charge to a UK address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 We will notify winners by direct message from the official @alfarock.world account on the platform where they entered. We may also announce the winners' usernames on that platform.
7.2 Winners must reply within 72 hours of notification with their full name, UK delivery address, and preferred sizes. If a winner does not reply in time, or cannot be contacted, they will forfeit the prize and we may draw another winner.
7.3 We will never ask winners for payment, bank details, or passwords, and we will never ask them to click an external link to claim a prize. We only contact winners from the verified @alfarock.world account. Please report any other account that claims to be us.
8. Platform Disclaimer
8.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok in any way.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We will use entrants' personal data only to run this giveaway, including contacting winners and delivering prizes. We will process it in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Winners' personal data will not be shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the prize.
10. General
10.1 By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
10.2 We may disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has broken these terms, tampered with the entry process, or entered fraudulently.
10.3 We may cancel, suspend, or change the giveaway if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. If we do, we will make changes that are fair to entrants and announce them on our accounts.
10.4 Our decision on any matter relating to the giveaway is final. We will not enter into correspondence about it, except as described in clause 7.4.
10.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring any claim in the courts of their home part of the UK.
